Send-In Guide & Terms
How does it work?
- Choose your new shell and button colors.
- 24-48 hours after your purchase, you will receive a pre-paid Ground Advantage USPS label (Printer is necessary). Labels are only active for 10 business days. Priority Mail is available for an additional charge.
- Package the system well and send it back to us. Check below for additional information.
- The system will be tested and refurbished. You will receive an email with your new tracking number.
- Any additional accessories may be an extra charge.
Terms:
- Systems must be fully functional. If a system is not fully functional, we can not complete the upgrade, and your system will be returned. You will be refunded minus the shipping fees (both ways) and any credit card fees we incur.
- We do not do repairs on the system.
- Systems must be clean.
- Since the shells need to be trimmed, we don't work with original shells, only aftermarket shells.Â
- If you want your old parts sent back, please get in touch with us first.
- We are not responsible if your Game Boy is lost during transit. We recommend upgrading to Priority Mail for the included $100 insurance.
- We offer a 30-day warranty on parts and the LCD, but any issues arising because of the original system are not covered.
