1) Do you offer returns?

We are sorry to hear that there is a problem with your order and we are here to help you through any issues. 

  • We offer 30 day returns on all items.
  • The items must be returned in the same condition it was sent.
  • Any damages incurred during installation/return shipping will be subtracted from the refund amount.
  • We also offer 30 day returns on customized consoles. There is a 10% restocking fee charged on customized console returns not due to seller error. 

2) What happens if I receive a damaged item?

  • We stand by our products. If you receive a damaged item we will work with you to get you a fully functional item.
  • We ask customers to not try to fix any damages that a console can have. This will void any warranty we provide on it. 
  • We don't offer refunds for any games that come with cosmetic/label damage. Only for non-working games. 

3) How can I exchange an item?

Please send us a message through our email at godofgamingshop@gmail.com. Please include your ORDER # and the item you would like to exchange it for. We work with you to get you the item that you want.
