1) Do you offer returns?
We are sorry to hear that there is a problem with your order and we are here to help you through any issues.
- We offer 30 day returns on all items.
- The items must be returned in the same condition it was sent.
- Any damages incurred during installation/return shipping will be subtracted from the refund amount.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We also offer 30 day returns on customized consoles. There is a 10% restocking fee charged on customized console returned.
2) How can I start a return:
Please send us a message through our email at email@example.com. Please include your ORDER # and the item you would like to return.
3) What happens if I receive a damaged item?
- We stand by our products. If you receive a damaged item we will work with you to get you a fully functional item.
- We ask customers to not try to fix any damages that a console can have. DO NOT OPEN ANY CONSOLES. This will void any warranty we provide on it.
- We also do not accept returns/refunds/exchanges on SELF-MODIFIED items.
- We don't offer refunds for any games that come with cosmetic/label damage. Only for non-working games.
4) How can I exchange an item?
Please send us a message through our email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your ORDER # and the item you would like to exchange it for. We work with you to get you the item that you want.
