We are an online only store and don't have a physical location.

Please allow 24-48 business hours to receive a response. We do not currently answer messages on weekends.

1) Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to update or cancel your order please send a message as soon as possible. We will work with you to update or cancel an order.
If you ordered replacement parts it will be easier to accommodate this request.
If you ordered a customized system and we have already begun working on it we cannot cancel such an order.
2) I am looking for a specific item that I cannot find?

1) When will my order ship?
We try to ship out orders as fast as possible. Please first check the front page for extended delivery times.
If you ordered replacement parts they can ship 2-5 business days after you place your order.
Customized consoles and controllers have a 5 business day handling time.
Customized consoles are made by hand to order. We do not ship items on weekends. Please wait until this stated time period is up before contacting us.
Any changes to this handling time will be posted on the front page banner.
2) How will my order be shipped?
We ship all items via USPS. Depending on how many items you order we may ship it via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. If you order items worth more than $25 you will receive USPS First Class Mail for free. USPS Priority Mail is available to all buyers at an additional cost.
We ship all items via USPS. We offer two different methods. USPS First Class International mail is the cheaper option that can take 7-21 business days. USPS Priority Mail International is the more expensive option that can take 6-10 days. Please realize that this is in addition to our stated handling time.

2) What happens if I receive a damaged item?
We stand by our products. If you receive a damaged item we will work with you to get you a fully functional item.
We ask customers to not try to fix any damages that a console can have. This will void any warranty we provide on it.
We don't offer refunds for any games that come with cosmetic/label damage. Only for non-working games.
3) How can I exchange an item?
Please send us a message through our email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your ORDER # and the item you would like to exchange it for. We work with you to get you the item that you want.
1) Can I send my console to you for you to mod/for store credit?
We welcome trade-ins. If you choose to send us your console we will give you credit towards the order of a new console. Please realize that your item must be fully functional for us to give you full credit. If you send us a console it must: be fully functional, have no dead pixels, have working link cable/charge ports and have working buttons. If your console does not meet these criteria it will be returned to you. If possible we can offer partial credit for certain systems.
2) Can I send my console to you for cash?
We will always buy functional consoles. You can send your console to us and we will pay you through PayPal after it has been tested.
