How to works (STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE):
Step 1: Check our chart below and see the value we have for the console you would like to trade-in. Test your old system and check the guidelines HERE.
Step 2: Fill out this FORM [PDF].
- This form can be printed and included in the package or emailed to us at sales@godofgamingshop.com
- Sample Forms for Store Credit Sample [PDF] and Cash Sample [PDF]
Step 3: Package your console well, please follow our packing guidelines HERE.

Step 4: Once we receive your console allow us 2-3 business days to process and test the consoles.
- If you select the STORE CREDIT credit option, a gift card with the credit amount will be sent to the email you provided on the form.
- If you select the CASH VALUE option, a PayPal payment will be sent to you via the PayPal email you provided on the form.
- If your console is REJECTED and found to be defective it will be returned back to the address you provided on the form, as well as an email explaining why it was rejected.
