Please note for the plastic lens, these will have a very thin layer of plastic over the screen for protection, it will make it look foggy or scratched but once it is removed it will be clear and new.
1) When will my order ship?
We try to ship out orders as fast as possible. If you ordered replacement parts they can ship anywhere from the same business day to 2 business days after you place your order. Customized consoles currently have a 3-5 business day handling time.
Any changes to this estimated time will be displayed on the front page banner at the top.
Customized consoles are made by hand to order. We do not ship items on weekends.
2) How will my order be shipped?
US Buyers:
We ship all items via USPS. Depending on how many items you order we may ship it via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. If you order items worth more than $35 you will receive USPS First Class Mail for free. USPS Priority Mail is available to all buyers at an additional cost.
International Buyers:
We ship all items via USPS. We offer two different methods. USPS First Class International mail can take 14-28 business days. USPS Priority Mail International can take 7-14 days. Please note this is in addition to our stated handling time.
